Phoenix came to Cornwall in 2002 from Tyne & Wear, it was recognised by the service as a way to engage with harder to reach members of the community.
The project began by engaging with 9 schools in the west of Cornwall, the project gained respect and recognition for the efforts of the team and the achievements of the learner.
The course diversified again into the Job Centres across the county. The fundamental skills taught on the course allowed the new sector of learners to achieve qualifications some for the first time.
We are very proud of our partnerships and the people we get to work with, our current list of schools can be seen on our case studies page here. We sit on the Local Supplier Framework for all of the Job Centres in Cornwall. As well as working with Children in Care Education Support Service and Action for Children
Currently we are a self funded project who can work with a diverse range of clients. If you think that we can help you then please get in touch as we love forming new partnerships.
